    About the Role

    We are seeking a full-time Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with local clients and ensuring their success with our software.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers to drive business outcomes
    • Manage onboarding process, training, and implementation
    • Maintain in-depth understanding of our product and communicate relevant features to customers
    • Act as a product champion to drive adoption and expansion opportunities
    • Increase renewals and reduce churn by early identification and mitigation of risks
    • Collect and manage customer feedback and reviews

    Requirements

    • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management
    • Business fluency in Spanish (native-level) and English
    • Proven ability to establish trust with customer stakeholders
    • Collaborative relationship-building skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Proactive self-starter with a can-do mentality
