We'll be looking for you to approach and liaise with business prospects (small and medium-sized companies) on behalf of Western Union to attract and maintain new clients for our Business-to-Business division.

You will influence everyone from the owner of a start-up to the finance director or chief executive officer of a large, established corporation.

You may initially consult with them on their FX requirements, risk profile, B2B cross border payment solutions and progress toward securing sustainable, profitable trading relationships.

You will need to be ambitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and with the tenacity to outperform the competition.

You'll be financially astute with knowledge of FX business needs and concerns and must be able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets.

You'll also need to be comfortable with cold calling as well as be adept at executive corporate level negotiations and building long-term client relationships.

A first sales experience in the Financial Services Industry and/or knowledge of the Foreign Exchange market is advantageous. A fluent level in Spanish and a proficient level in English languages is required.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union.

However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. The hiring team will be able to answer any questions you may have.
