Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic compliance partner to various teams, understanding complex compliance regulations and identifying their potential business implications, while collaboratively developing solutions.
- Establish strong and added value relationships across the business to strengthen the deeper understanding of Risk & Compliance.
- Be the reference point for the global teams on Compliance and Promotional compliance for the strategic products and new launches.
- Act as the external compliance representative for business partnerships, where needed, including due diligence, monitoring and relationship building.
- Champion and oversee the company's commitment to the Code of Ethics and Almirall Business Integrity Guide principles, acting as a key advocate within the entire organization.
- Implement Farmaindustria code of practice as per Almirall HQ location and ensure country laws and regulations are implemented and followed (Data protection, Conflict of Interest, Antifraud/Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Competition Law, Charitable Contributions, Pharmacovigilance, Employment law).
- Assume global responsibility for all aspects of promotional compliance for our strategic products, leading, and collaborating with crossfunctional launch core teams & task forces from a Compliance perspective. This includes overseeing materials, meetings, omnichannel initiatives, as well as providing expert guidance and training when needed to internal teams.
- Carry out methodical management of the approval process, guaranteeing alignment with global Compliance requirements.
- Lead and implement adherence to guidelines requiring the approval of all materials prior to meetings and events and ensure that requirements have been met after.
- Lead the supervision and alignment of affiliates compliance requirements, acting as a valued business partner. Drive continuous enhancement of the Compliance framework, including governance structures, fostering a complianceoriented mindset, optimizing processes and procedures, and implementing required monitoring mechanisms.
- Supervise and audit in accordance to the Compliance plan.
- Coordinate and direct a wide range of activities, including training initiatives and propose/execute continuous improvement activities, while consistently elevating the organization's compliance standards.
Continuation of Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate as a key member of the General Counsel Area organization, bringing an innovation mindset and fostering a continuous improvement dynamic within the team, contributing with his/her expertise and insights.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of any potential compliance issues, while keeping senior management informed.
- Lead and manage complex privacyrelated responsibilities, such as:
- Revision of records of processing activities
- Data privacy supervising exercise management of privacy notices
- Keep updated on data protection law evolution to ensure that Almirall remains compliant with evolving requirements.
- Coordinate individuals' privacy rights requests.
- Champion initiatives designed to strengthen privacy awareness throughout the organization.
Required Education and Experience:
- More than 8 years of experience in Compliance with deep understanding on the promotional rules. (proposal +10 years).
- In depth knowledge in promotional material review and product launches.
- Privacy/GDPR understanding and awareness.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge desirable
- Experience with tools such as Veeva PromoMats and CRM, OneTrust and MediSpend.
- Experience in Farmaindustria Code of Practice and knowledge in EFPIA and IFMA Codes advisable.

- Expertise in tools as PromoMats, Veeva Vault CRM, OneTrust
