    Your profile

  • Culinarydegree or certification is beneficial.
  • Foodhandling certificate.
  • Highlevel of English and Spanish is essential.
  • Minimumof 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen role, preferably within a luxuryhospitality environment.
  • Basicknowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Agenuine passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow within the culinaryfield.
  • Theability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, with a positive andprofessional attitude.
  • Ateam player, eager to contribute and assist wherever needed in the kitchen.

    • Thisposition is for a passionate and aspiring Chef de Partie who is eager to learn anddevelop their culinary skills within a luxury hospitality environment. You willwork under the guidance of our experienced chefs, assisting in various kitchenduties and contributing to the creation of exceptional dishes. Your role iscrucial in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Les Roches Marbella,providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience.

    Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen area.
  • Learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are readily available.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
  • Adhere to food safety and handling protocols.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive working environment, embracing and promoting our establishment's values.
