    Job Overview

    We are currently recruiting a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in the UK. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues, and building strong relationships with customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone, answering their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
    • Assist with day-to-day transactions, servicing, and other tasks as required.
    • Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.

    Requirements

    • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face-to-face or telephony background.
    • The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs.
    • A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers.
    • Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work.
    • Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside of standard expectations.
