LHH Recruitment solutions is looking for a Credit and Collections Manager to join an important multinational leader in the agri-food sector in VALLADOLID.


Role


The role of the Credit and Collections Manager is responsible for planning and developing methods to monitor/a and ensure customer receivables are paid on time and in accordance with corporate credit policy, providing support to the Credit and collections team.


Requirements:

Degree

Experience in Shared Service Centre

Accounts Receivable Experience within a Shared Service Centre


Experience with ERP,s:

SAP
Working with internal service level agreement

Good level of English is required: C1 minimun


Areas of Responsibility

  • Monitoring the credit setting process.
  • Manage and control a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving disputes.
  • Proactively reduce debtor DSO by regularly contacting customers and monitoring aged debt in compliance with agreed terms.
  • Analyze, minimize and assist in evaluating the bad debt and provisions.
  • Timely communication of any performance related concerns to the management.
  • Support other team members as and when required.
  • Compliance with the Group
- s credit insurance policy.
