    Job Title: Sales Executive Support

    Description:

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Support the Sales Team: Provide assistance to the sales team in Portugal, launching campaigns to create new deals and customers, and ensuring excellent customer service and customer experience.
    • Provide Troubleshooting Assistance: Offer troubleshooting assistance for customer, account statuses, and relevant problems in Portugal, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide data and guides to help the sales team, develop and monitor performance indicators for Portugal, and manage sales tracking tools to report on important information.
    • Record Keeping and Liaising: Keep record of sales trends, liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies, and stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches to ensure the sales team is informed and aligned.
    • Process Improvements: Suggest sales process improvements and work closely with the sales team to implement changes, ensuring the sales process is efficient and effective.
    • Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Portuguese, have proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate, and have hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
    • Skill Set: High levels of expertise in office technologies, including Microsoft Office and Excel, collaboration tools, and in-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication skills, analytical and multitasking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
    • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an associate degree in a relevant field is desirable, and a minimum of 4 years' experience in Sales Support roles in a Multinational environment is required.
    • Personal Qualities: You must be very personable, a great team player with strong communication skills, and able to facilitate excellent working relationships with teams in Spain and Portugal and at all levels of the organisation. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment that may be subject to ambiguity and change.
    • Additional Requirements: Knowledge of practices of office management, attention to detail, and a high degree of integrity are essential for this role.
    • Ncr Atleos: As a member of the Ncr Atleos team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, contributing to the success of our sales team in Portugal and beyond.
