Key Responsibilities:
Drive Data-Driven culture across Supply Chain Customer Experience (CX)
Define the CX data strategy & drive implementation
Identify key data sources and work with the BI team to automate reporting
Deploy Project metrics in conjunction with CX CoE
Deploy methods to measure process adherence across CX CoE
Support CX CoE Team on the development of all adoption metrics tracking
Lead Data Mining Project for CX COE
We Value:
A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in the supply chain, logistics, or a related function and at least 3 years of customer service experience
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to make the complex understandable, and actionable
Abilities of analysis, organization, presentation, communication, and teamwork
