THESE CHALLENGES ARE WAITING FOR YOU:

• As a member of our team, you will support theoperation of modern IT workstations in the Microsoft 365environment for our internal or external customers
• After a familiarization phase, you will independentlyadminister the client and backend systems and thus ensure ongoingoperations
• You support our existingcustomers with new technical requirements and take a leading rolein their implementation
• On a day-to-daybasis, you ensure the operation of the systems and deal with anyproblems that arise
• You use our ITSM toolsand actively participate in our IT committees
• You will work on migration and lifecycle projects in thelong term

WHAT YOU BRING WITHYOU:

• Completed technical trainingas an IT specialist or comparable professional experience orstudies
• Initial experience in the workplace(Windows 10, Windows 11) as well as mobile devices (Apple iOS) orbackend systems such as Exchange Online, Azure, Teams and Intune
• You build up an understanding of ourcustomers and enjoy thinking and helping to shape things
• You are always reliable in dealing with ITsystems and are well versed in IT processes
• You don't like to stand still: you are keen to embrace newtechnologies and develop further in the future
• You take things into your own hands and don't shy awayfrom complex challenges
• Fluent written andspoken German
