    Senior Product Development Engineer

    Innovating at the Forefront of Decarbonization

    Kerionics is a pioneering technological start-up, bridging the gap between innovation and research and development. To achieve our goals, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Development Engineer to support our multidisciplinary team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the development tasks of various innovation projects, ensuring timely completion according to program timelines and objectives.
    • Conduct technical and feasibility studies of new designs and concepts, defining component tolerances and specifications, and collaborating with the CAD and Virtual validation team in 3D modeling, drawings, and CAE analysis.
    • Pursue innovative-special materials research, procurement, and testing to drive product development.
    • Gather and define technical product information, including Design for Tooling (DFT), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), assembly protocols, product data sheets, and specifications for new products.
    • Collaborate closely with the Ceramic Membrane and Balance of Plant (BoP) - Electrolyzers departments to oversee stack testing and prototype development.
    • Maintain effective communication with suppliers, request quotations, and follow up on incoming materials.
    • Conduct visits to suppliers and off-site trial tests.
    • Collaborate with process engineers in the ramp-up to mass production steps according to the business plan.
