    For our store in Formentera, we are currently looking for a Full-Time Client Advisor.

    Mission

    The Client Advisor guides customers into the Manebí world, sharing the brand's heritage, values, and distinctive style. The role is dedicated to creating a complete and personalized look for each client, capturing their aspirations and enhancing their individuality. This position is crucial in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and long-lasting relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire purchasing journey, guiding them in selecting the products that best suit their needs.
    • Actively drive sales through up-selling and cross-selling, contributing to the store's sales targets.
    • Build and nurture positive customer relationships, making clients part of the Manebí Experience, also through digital tools and omnichannel communication.
    • Manage daily store operations: replenishment, visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management.
    • Ensure compliance with brand standards, GDPR regulations, and workplace safety policies.
    • Effectively use digital tools to enhance processes and the overall customer experience.

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years of previous experience in Retail or Luxury, preferably in a similar role.
    • Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English; Italian will be considered a plus.
    • Strong aptitude for clienteling and teamwork.
    • Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and flexibility with working hours.
    • Passion for fashion and awareness of market trends (both online and offline).
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

    Location & Working Hours
