This role is responsible for supporting Commercial Finance & FP&A activities within ATM Networks (Cardtronics Division).

The role is key to understanding current performance, identifying issues and opportunities and ensuring these are addressed to maximise the future performance of Cardtronics.


The FP&A Analyst must interpret financial and non-financial data, communicate this to the FP&A team and Commercial channels, and work closely with these teams to ensure actions are identified and resolutions implemented.


The FP&A Analyst must be able to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders across the business including commercial channel, business leaders and finance leadership.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support all forecasting and budgeting activity, including the monthly reforecast process, the quarterly forecast updates and the annual Operating Plan exercise
  • Support the Long Range Plan exercise
  • Drive review of performance, through the Weekly and Monthly Revenue Analysis. Ensure a consistent, accurate and insightful commentary is provided. Communicate insight through standard reporting forums (eg, Weekly Transaction analysis, monthly reporting)
  • Provide Finance Partnering support to Commercial in designing and evaluating proposals to develop new business and to renew existing contracts
  • Effective communication of all insights to support the development of the key commercial strategic goals of the business
  • Support commercial business partnering, including creation of commercial reporting pack, which is the key tool for communicating business impact of activities to partners.
  • Support reconciliation of machines and withdrawal at month end.
  • Support Sales Commission calculations and reviews

KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Professional & Academic Skills

  • A demonstrable high level of academic success
  • CIMA, ACA or Other part qualification desirable but not required
  • Demonstrable Excel Skills
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Sound IT skills with an ability to learn to build complex models in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong data interrogation skills
