Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our hospitality team at an upscale hotel in the Middle East (specific location undisclosed).

As a Senior Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across various departments of the hotel.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff across multiple departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist department managers in training, coaching, and mentoring staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and standards to enhance efficiency and guest experiences.
  • Assist in scheduling staff, managing payroll, and controlling labor costs while ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations across all departments.
  • Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, including common areas, guest rooms, and public spaces, to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by hotel management.
  • Act as a point of contact for guests, providing assistance and resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and management.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate, inspire, and guide team members to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food and beverage service, and guest relations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Pay:
From 1,400.00€ per month
