Mission of the position

You will be responsible for the maintenance of company assets, compliance with technical and legal obligations, achievement of maintenance and energy budgets, the Risks AIP and SAVE for the business unit for which they work.

What are we looking for?

Minimum experience of 1 year as Head of Technical Services in Hotels with similar characteristics.
Specific training in the position, degree or technical engineering.
Knowledge of all the technical areas of a hotel.
High level of office automation and new technologies.
Experience in facilities and buildings.
Ability to manage teams and leadership.
