    En Facephi, buscamos un Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist con un perfil técnico y analítico para gestionar y optimizar nuestros procesos de marketing digital.

    Desafíos del rol

    Gestión avanzada de CRM y automatización:

    • Administrar y optimizar el CRM (Salesforce) para garantizar una gestión eficiente de los leads.
    • Diseñar, implementar y mejorar flujos de trabajo automatizados para la segmentación y el seguimiento de leads.
    • Coordinar la integración de herramientas de marketing y ventas.
    • Mantener y optimizar la calidad de los datos en el CRM, asegurando su correcta estructuración y análisis.

    Análisis y optimización de campañas:

    • Implementar, monitorizar y optimizar campañas digitales basadas en datos.
    • Medir el rendimiento de las estrategias de generación de leads y conversión en cada etapa del funnel.
    • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización a partir de métricas clave (CAC, LTV, conversión, MQL/SQL).
    • Proponer y ejecutar mejoras en estrategias de nurturing, lead scoring y automatización del customer journey.

    Colaboración con los equipos de marketing y ventas:

    • Asegurar una alineación efectiva entre marketing y ventas mediante la optimización del flujo de leads.
    • Mejorar procesos internos para maximizar la eficiencia y conversión de oportunidades.
    • Trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios para mejorar la experiencia del usuario y la personalización de las interacciones.

    Modalidad de trabajo

    40% remoto.
    60% presencialidad en oficina.

    REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

    • Experiencia en marketing digital, especialmente en marketing operations y automatización.
    • Sólidos conocimientos en CRM y gestión de leads (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot o similares).
    • Habilidad analítica para interpretar datos, identificar tendencias y tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en métricas.
    • Experiencia en herramientas de automatización y creación de flujos de trabajo (Zapier o similares).
    • Persona organizada, autónoma y resolutiva, con mentalidad de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
    • Atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos en paralelo.
