- Conducts feasibility review with suppliers prior to nomination to ensure that all requirements can be met
- Approval authority from quality for supplier nomination approvals.
- Acts as VC project manager for supplier APQP activities .
- Follows timing of new launches and ensures success and on time PPAP's. Fulfillment of life source is done in time by SQA Plant .
- Escalates risks of supplier APQP activities that impact supplier PPAP commitments.
- Provides feedback to internal project team to secure design is feasible to manufacture.
- Reviews and approve supplier PVP and PVP&R.
- Supports PFMEA and Control plan, and capability monitoring concept development at supplier, to secure robust processes after PPAP
- Support VC ProMAP core team meetings
- Contribution to Lesson Learnt proceed

Qualifications:
Education : Degree in Engineering, Technician
Professional Experience: Preferred 5 years, Automotive experience within Supplier Development and/or Quality function, understanding of processes at supplier processes is recommended but not mandatory.
Specialized Knowledge:
Project Managament skills, Problem solving skills, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Quality core tools (SPC; MSA; APQP; FMEA; PPAP)
Quality Management System, Experiences in auditing (VDA6.3, CQI)
Languages: Fluent English desired.
Others: Management skills, Analytical mind set, Team work, Target orientated, Willingness to travel within reason, open mindset for cultural differences
