Your Role

The Design & User Experience Team is looking for an Industrial & CMF Designer to take over a central role in designing future products and innovations in B2C.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying customer insights and translating them into tangible product experiences
• Creating and leading design of tech and connectivity related concepts and products
• Validating ideas through user testing with customers
• Applying design thinking and tailored user-centric methods in interdisciplinary project teams
• Providing customer-centric storytelling and solutions for business decisions
• Transforming ideas and design concepts into 3D models, mock-ups, and functional prototypes
• Driving customer-centric product ideas within the company and communicating with vendors on an international level
• Sharing knowledge and skills to help colleagues and the team grow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design (e.g., product design, industrial design)
• 2+ years of professional experience in relevant design fields
• Industrial design background with practical examples
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Excellent visual presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of CMF (colors, materials, & finishes) with attention to detail
• Ability to facilitate design thinking formats, customer-centric workshops, and design sprints
• Domain expertise in applying user-centric design activities along the innovation development process in agile and interdisciplinary projects
• Storytelling ability with visualization of ideas and solutions
• Future thinker with a passion for innovative ideas and trends
