The Strategic Partnerships Publisher Team is responsible for the actions to drive traffic to Exoticca and revenue through third party channels.

You will help us scale the revenue, customer adquisition, brand awareness among others, increase margins, among others.

For this, our team collaborates with other departments such as Data, Travel Product or Sales, to uncover the most valuable opportunities and convert them into actual revenue generation collaborations.


Responsibilities:


  • Negotiate rates and plannings with the different partners
  • Coordinate with the different teams to outperform the targets
  • Create and monitor the department budget
  • Seek and identify the opportunities in all Exoticca markets
  • Manage and improve interdepartmental communications
  • Maintain updated the communication tools for the internal stakeholders
  • Optimize performance on each of the Partners by monitoring results and proposing changes and improvements
  • Identify opportunities to maximize performance of each Partner
  • Maintain constant communication with the different departments such as Travel Product to coordinate actions
  • Maintain constant communications with Partners to improve results of each action
  • Always seek for the best practices and work towards the interest of Exoticca
  • Represent Exoticca in the relevant meetings and trade shows

Requirements:

- +7 years of experience in account management (Tourism environment and Travel Agencies is a plus)

  • Experience in building profitable longterm collaborations
  • Analytical thinking
  • Negotiation, commercial and marketing skills are a must
  • Must be selfmotivated, organized, proactive, team player, handson and resultsdriven.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)
