    Asesor/a Laboral

    Descripción del puesto

    El Asesor/a Laboral será referente de nuestros socios en cuestiones laborales, contribuyendo a guiarles y asesorarles en materia laboral. Además, asegurará de crear una excelente experiencia al cliente, contribuyendo a la gestión efectiva de las relaciones laborales y al cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales en su establecimiento.

    Principales responsabilidades

    • Proporcionar asesoramiento individualizado a clientes sobre cuestiones laborales, asegurando en todo momento la satisfacción de estos.
    • Identificar y abordar cuestiones laborales, proponiendo soluciones eficaces y creando estrategias para garantizar la calidad en el proceso acordes con la normativa vigente.
    • Mantenerse informado/a en la actualización sobre las leyes laborales vigentes y garantizar que las empresas clientes cumplen con todas las normativas.
    • Elaborar documentación relacionada con cuestiones laborales, y tramitar los procesos necesarios con organismos públicos.
    • Participar en el proceso de confección de nóminas, incidencias, gestión de seguros sociales, etc.
    • Participar en la actualización y adecuación de convenios colectivos y otra legislación aplicable.

    Requisitos

    • Licenciado/Graduado en Derecho, Relaciones Laborales, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar.
    • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Asesoría Laboral.
    • Valorable especialización/formación reglada relacionada con el asesoramiento laboral.
    • Ser un/a apasionado/a de las relaciones laborales, con habilidades excepcionales para guiar y asesorar a nuestros clientes.
    • Tener un espíritu inquieto por seguir aprendiendo y estar actualizado/a en todas las cuestiones laborales.
