We are looking for a talented iOS and Android Technical Lead with a focus on native development to join our growing team in Madrid (partial remote work possible).

You will be expected to lead technical decision making for a team of engineers, to grow their expertise and balance technical excellence with product roadmap priorities.

You will have the opportunity to join a multinational cross-functional team working on the development of innovative solutions for AR and 3D reconstructions using the latest mobile technologies and collaborating with product owners, experienced software engineers, and domain experts to ensure that the product is released at the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

Drive product roadmap execution, ensuring timely and highquality milestone achievement
Performance and quality: identify areas of performance bottlenecks and quality problems through a broad range of technologies, foresee issues and come up with solutions
Develop a longterm vision about technology and architecture to efficiently implement the product roadmap
Lead prototype developments to ensure leading technical capabilities are regularly integrated into the product
Provide technical leadership in the R&D planning processes
Foster technical growth within the team
Exemplary cooperation and communication inside the product team and with other teams at Pix4D

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in native mobile app development (Swift and/or Kotlin)
Experience in leading technical software development
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with 3D rendering and AR preferred
Experience with C++, Python is a plus
Communication skills, English language proficiency, written and spoken
Flexible and openminded to feel at home in a fast growing technology company
