Customer Experience Internship to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our prestigious brand.

This position will be based in Madrid, Spain.

Reporting to the Global E-Business & CRM Manager, as a
Customer Experience Intern you will have the opportunity to:

  • Customer Care platform management
  • Customer Service requests management
  • Transversal collaboration with different stakeholders to solve orders enquiries.
  • Assistance with administrative and ecommerce operations tasks: stocks, orders, materials, etc.
  • Continuous analysis of customer behavior, taking relevant insights and proposals to launch to improve Customer Experience for the brand.
  • Take part of the definition of Customer Care at global level for an omnichannel environment.

Profile:


PROFILE

  • Studies: Degree in Marketing, or similar
  • Languages: High level of English, Japanese IS A PLUS
  • Possibility of signing an agreement with the university or school of studies.
