American company dedicated to the Sports sector with headquarters all over the world, is looking in Madrid a Recruiter with Hospitality background and willing to be part of one of the most iconic stadiums operative.

¿Qué harás?:

The Recruiter is responsible for the successful sourcing, screening, selection, and registration of all stadium managers, chefs, and frontline team members of the professional team in question; This includes the food and beverage and merchandising business.

This is a volume recruiting role, where processes, systems, and technology must be leveraged to improve the company's overall ability to stabilize on track in a fast-paced, transitional environment and ultimately proactively stay ahead of the curve.

¿A quién buscamos?:

The ideal profile will be one that meets the following requirements:
5 years of experience with the recruitment process from start to finish.
Experience working with databases and high volumes of work with set deadlines.
Experience in temporary employment agencies or similar.
Be decisive, proactive, great ability to manage well under pressure, desire to grow and energy.
It is essential to be familiar with the recruitment of profiles in the hospitality sector.
Technology expert/computer knowledge. Social media technology aptitude.
You must be comfortable interacting with internal and external customers at all levels.
Must be a collaborative team player who can excel in a fastpaced, matrix organizational structure.
Spanish and English languages required.
