    About the Role

    In this role, you will be part of our team of game-changers who power the brands of the future in tech as an Engagement Manager in Malaga (Hybrid). Your key responsibilities include:

    • Onboarding Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success by explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, opportunities, and setting up engagement expectations.
    • Activating technical consults and Go-To-Market Planning sessions to drive ISV growth.
    • Pipeline management of ISVs through proactive outreach to ensure they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates.
    • Nurturing and activating ISVs through regular emails and one-on-one meetings to track progression towards the next steps.
    • Troubleshooting program-related issues ISVs might face and promoting content, events, programs, and other desired actions.

    You will work closely with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultations.

    Requirements

    • Bilingual or proficient in Swedish or Norwegian plus fluent in English.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 year (+) IT industry experience.
    • Sales skills – familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps.
    • Basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions.
    • Fluent with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required.
