En RDT Ingenieros estamos buscando un/a gestor/a de proyectos con experiência previa dirigiendo proyectos pequeños/medianos (definición de alcance, planificación, presupuesto, riesgos, seguimiento - KPIs) para el desarrollo de todas las actividades de ensayo realizadas para un proyecto de desarrollo de nuevo producto.

Será muy valorable tener experiência previa en ensayos y en sector eólico así como poseer certificación PMP. Imprescindible nível de inglés medio-alto, mínimo B2.

Detallamos a continuación:

Main tasks:

To manage the definition, execution and followup of the Test Plan for the Wind-Turbine and its subsystems, based on the validation and certification Product requirements, ensuring: an efficient execution in cost, quality and timely manner of the test related activities.
Connect all involved parties in the Test and Validation organization with a targeted focus to fulfil the test strategy entitled by platform management.
Control and report actuals on test plan schedule and cost. Identification and tracking of risks and mitigation actions.
Gather key lessons learned from areas of validation and deployment of lessons learnt in similar projects.
Communication for this role is out most important and you will have to be comfortable to present towards high level management as well as a wider audience.

General Deliverables:

V&V Plan (Scopes), Test plan (Schedule), Budget template, Risk registers. Periodical follow up reports of actuals on scope, schedule, budget consumption and risks.

Requisitos:

Hold a technical engineering degree, M.Sc. with +5 years of professional experience with project management.
Analytical and persistent and have a proactive approach to assignments.
Possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
Interact at all levels in an international organization.
Understands and are able to navigate in a multicultural environment.
Able to adapt and possess an open mindset in terms rethinking and strategy changes.
Possess strong Project Management skills with experience in Microsoft Project and other project planning tools with a proven track record in a product or technology development environment.
Able to understand and handle multiple stakeholders in the organization.
Detail and quality oriented and have a structured and thorough approach to your tasks.
Possess excellent crossfunctional and interdisciplinary skills.
Objective oriented and problemsolving mindset.
PMP or IPMA certification would be nice to have.
