    We are experts in providing high-quality market studies, needs assessments, viability and feasibility reports, research, and due diligence to appraise development and investment opportunities and support planning applications.

    We have extensive experience and detailed understanding of the sectors we cover enabling us to conduct operational reviews, evaluate repositioning and rebranding opportunities, conduct brand and operator search and selection processes, advise on leases and other operating agreements and structures, and provide recommendations regarding all manner of strategic and real estate related matters.

    Purpose of the Role

    This role forms an integral part of the ChristieCo Hotels Team in Spain and across our European offices as it will support the Consultancy Team with comprehensive research, data analysis and data tools across a wide range of general socio-economic, real estate and hotel market topics.

    This diverse role will extend beyond core consultancy and feasibility projects to include the publication of press releases, market studies and industry focused articles, valuations supporting the consultancy team in production of expert reports.

    The role will suit an individual with robust writing skills, an analytical mind as well as a passion for hotel real estate combined with a customer-centric mindset.

    The candidate will work with the support of the consultancy team in Spain and UK, whilst keeping in contact with our Pan European team in London, Paris, Berlin and Helsinki, giving the successful candidate opportunity to expand their knowledge across the European Markets.

    Responsibilities

    • Pre-field work and planning
    • Market research (administration, hotels, statistical institutes)
    • Assisting with the preparation of market reports
    • Preparing documentation, presentations, and any other materials needed
    • Treatment of statistical information to develop trends and forecasts
    • Assisting with the preparation of financial projections
    • Databases management and creation
    • Translation and text drafting
    • Providing support to the wider team

    Requirements

    • Student from a hospitality / business school
    • Ambition to work in the hotel investment or consultancy sector in the future
    • Great excel skills and confident user of Microsoft Office
    • Fluent in Spanish
    • English (written verbal)
    • Quick learner, ambitious and good team player
    • Good organisational skills
    • EU/Swiss national
    • Eligibility to work in Spain
