IT Business Analyst - Digital Channels (Openbank)

Mission and responsibilities:


As a IT Business Analyst, you will provide a nexus between business and technology, its main mission being the align technology solutions with business strategies, and promote architectural coherence and usability standards.


The main tasks of this position will be the following:

  • Assist in the analysis and design of new business processes around requirements definition, information gathering and consistent documentation methodologies.
  • Develop clear and concise functional requirements and functional specifications for system enhancements.
  • Work closely with and support technical team members during design and development activities.
  • Coordinate documentation updates as part of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Participate in the development of test plans, testing of changes and review of results, as well as quality management reviews to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Continuous pursuit of process improvement, resource utilisation, products, communications and faster problem resolution.

To be successful in the role you must have:
Professionals with good communication skills, negotiation, analysis, teamwork and autonomous, resilient and easily adaptable to change


Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
  • Experience in the above tasks in digital channel projects.
  • Experience working under agile methodologies.
  • Technical background, specifically, having developed and implemented a BPM, such as Appian.
