Actividades:

  • Preparation of the monthly entertainment reports.
  • Trainee's expense follows up.
  • Real Madrid, seat cession to the club.
  • Update intranet, phone list, IT forms.
  • Invoice register and sending procedures.
  • INE: statistics reports.
  • Monthly report statistics, political updates suggestions.
  • Market research that may be requested by management
  • Follow up the administrative POA director appointment, resignation, etc.
  • Accounting/tax Filling system procedure and keep it up to date.
  • Mitsui's Logo usage if it is required.
  • Reception desk: List of visitors and reception list of packages follow up.
  • SAP: we will explain main procedures, and accountant system to have an overview of our activities and process.
Training to cover holidays, sick leaves, GP report, etc.

  • Renewal lease agreement if necessary
  • Assistance audit period.
  • IT assistance punctually, 2023 pc change, projects.
  • IVA 2021 reimbursement process follow up and assistance in preparation of documentation to AEAT.
  • Daily payments list.
  • Other activities that may be requested by the GM of the department.
