• Prepare work area for service
• Directly assist customers with food and drink orders
• Monitor and manage inventory and equipment in the section
• Assist in the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets
• Provide information and recommendations to customers regarding menu items
• Handle payment transactions at the cashier, including end-of-day reconciliation
• Adhere to company's safety, health, and cleanliness standards
• Flexible to work in various areas of Food and Beverage when needed (bar, dining room, room service, events, etc.)

• Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a luxury hotel setting)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Well-organized individual comfortable in fast-paced environments and team settings
• Proficient in English
