    Capco is looking for an ambitious team player to join our team and support our clients in their most ambitious projects. Someone who works well in ambiguous situations, and is able to add structure and organization to a project.

    Responsibilities

    The Project Analyst is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in the execution of various projects within the organization.

    Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking project schedules and milestones, coordinating meetings and communication among project stakeholders, and facilitating project reporting and status updates.

    The role involves assisting Project Managers in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as ensuring compliance with project management processes and standards. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role, along with proficiency in project management tools and software.

    Facilitate the successful execution of project timelines and milestones, raising any risks to these timelines and aligning on a new target

    Show Us What You've Got

    5+ years of project management and implementation management

    Demonstrated experience leading application development projects

    Good knowledge of and/or experience working with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projects

    Able to facilitate technical discussions for solutioning

    Able to provide estimates for duration/effort of design/development activities

    Experience and capabilities to speak with customer leaders to extract expectations, provide insightful information, and manage expectations

    Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clients

    Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teams

    Ability work in a fast-paced environment while following best practice and company process

    Highly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development and technology

    Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills

    Excellent people and presentation skills

    Banking experience desirable but not necessary
