    In this role you will lead and elevate Bekaert's corporate digital presence across external and internal platforms.

    You'll shape and execute a global digital strategy, manage the corporate website, social channels, and mobile apps, and ensure an insight-driven, user-centric ecosystem.

    You'll partner with Communications, Investor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Sustainability, and IT to drive meaningful engagement and strengthen brand reputation. This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity to influence digital storytelling at scale and across the enterprise.

    • Develop and execute the corporate digital communication strategy aligned with brand objectives
    • Lead management of the corporate website, social channels, and mobile apps
    • Shape the website's role within the broader digital ecosystem and ensure IA, SEO, UX, and performance
    • Collaborate with ADS on information architecture, SEO, UX, and technical performance
    • Drive content formats, navigation, and templates across channels to optimize engagement
    • Create digital outreach strategies for multiple stakeholder groups to enhance brand and reputation
    • Provide strategic digital guidance to Business Units and internal communications teams
    • Define and implement social media strategies and governance across corporate and affiliate channels
    • Maintain brand consistency and oversee Social Media Guidelines; deliver training to stakeholders
    • Monitor engagement and manage responses to protect and enhance reputation
    • Track and analyze digital performance metrics and translate insights into actions
    • Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
    • Stay updated on trends, translate market insights into strategic opportunities, and drive new initiatives
    Responsabilidades


    • 8+ years in digital communications or digital marketing, globally xugodme oriented
    • Expertise in SEO/SEA/SEM, GAIO, web mastering, CMS (AEM), UX fundamentals
    • Experience managing social media channels at scale
    • Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to convert insights into recommendations
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong project management with content calendar/roadmap tools
    • Proactive, results-driven, adaptable mindset
    • Experience managing external agencies
    • Fluent in English
    • Ability to propose innovative ideas while aligning with guidelines and priorities
    • Strong team player with collaborative approach
