    Manage service center operations to support business and quality objectives. Manage and oversee assigned service center team. Drive excellence and continuous improvement culture. Ensure employees' safety. Achieve and/or exceed Technical Service Center operations metrics. Manage plant operations. Develop talent development plan. Negotiate solutions with cross-functional groups. Manage technical service project activities. Identify risk and develop mitigation strategies. Partner with management on Annual Operating Plan.

    Requirements:

    * Bachelor's Degree in related field with work experience and a demonstrated track record in technical service operations management.

    Preferred:

    * Master's Degree or equivalent in related field with work experience and a demonstrated track record in technical service operations management.

    * Proven successful project management leadership skills.

    * Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and manufacturing systems.

    * Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.

    * Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma/Lean principles.

    * Expert understanding of manufacturing procedures and processes.

    * Knowledge of financial acumen as it relates to manufacturing.

    * Demonstrated ability to manage assigned team and provide coaching and feedback.

    * Expert understanding of capacity and planning analysis and process validation.

    * Knowledge and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.

    * Strict attention to detail.

    * Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.

    * Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment.

    * Ability to resolve operational and scheduling issues.

    * Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations.

    * Adhere to all company rules and requirements.
