Our team connects brands and right holders with audiences around the world as well as representing athletes of every major sport and artists from all genres of music.

As a full service creative marketing agency our services cover strategy, creative and multi-channel production.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager based in Madrid to;

  • Identify growth opportunities for existing accounts (crossselling, upselling) in order to scale existing clients.
  • Take responsibility for development of the full endtoend sales process, including the prospecting strategy, client presentations and meetings, commercial negotiations, and contractual finalization
  • Development of special athlete sales, know how for athlete relevant endemic industries (Luxury, Accessories, Multiple-Brand Comp., FMCG, Collectibles incl. NFTs, other)
  • Keep up to date with latest market news and industry trends.
  • Manage sales pipeline, in other words: prospecting, leading meetings/negotiations and deal closing with all industries
  • Negotiating and closing deals. Negotiate with clients daily, winning deals and brining new revenue to Wasserman
  • Identify emerging markets, opportunities, and market shifts. You'll have your finger on the pulse of the industry and what our competition are doing.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of fast paced B2B sales experience
  • Experience working within an advertising agency
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (Written and Verbal)
  • Driven and motivated
