We're looking for a HR Manager to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe's leading provider of mobile messaging.

It's an exciting time to join LINK as we develop our award-winning communications platform as a service (CPaaS) offerings in this rapidly advancing tech industry.

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for all HR related tasks in Spain (40 persons).

You will handle the daily-life and help the employees in their life at LINK, and be part of the country strategy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person, wanting to grow in a HR position and willing to get things done.

The position is located in the Madrid office.


YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Recruitment for Spain
• HR administration: Preparation of contracts, amendments, home office agreements and all other documents that need to be prepared over the year
• Training & Development: Launch of the annual training plan according to the priorities. Management of the Performance Reviews. Creation of a succession plan and a talent pool
• Payroll management
• Management of the annual salary reviews and all other benefits (sales and management bonus)
• Ensure legal compliance when it comes to HR and be aware of the legal evolution
• Challenge the existing, develop and implement new HR projects and processes, in order to improve and optimize how things are done
• Business Partner to the local management team, advise them on the HR problematics and help them during the year
• Support HR projects and handle some tasks for other countries of the region such as UK (15 employees)
• Work with the rest of the Western Europe HR team to implement common projects
• Organization of some events over the year (Teambuilding, Christmas party etc.)

WE HOPE YOU HAVE

• Master's degree in HR
• 5 years' experience in HR Management
• Generalist experience
• Previous experience in payroll management
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, French and Spanish.
