As part of our client's business expansion, we are looking for Customer Advisors in Barcelona for several campaigns upcoming


Your tasks:


  • Maintain and sustain the relationship with your customers,
  • Depending on the campaign, identify a customer need, present offers and make remote sales,
  • Respect established procedures and participate in the development of the business.

Your profile:


  • You are a fluent French speaker and have an advanced knowledge of English,
  • You have a first experience in customer relations,
  • You have a very good sense of organisation, flexibility and commitment.

Your working environment:


  • Join a friendly and competent team,
  • Office located in the centre of the city (Bogatell / Marina metro station),
  • Hybrid working,
  • Full time contract with 39 hours per week,
  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday (2 free weekends per month) between 8am and 8pm (two staff shifts).

Tipo de puesto:
Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Salario: 18.000,00€-21.000,00€ al año
