    You will play a crucial role in training and supporting employees across various locations to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your main focus will be on delivering learning and development solutions to our Swedish Customer Service Associates.

    As a SE Training Specialist, you will engage in a blend of remote learning activities within structured formal settings. Your responsibilities will include both crafting and delivering learning programs.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Create personalized and engaging learning experiences in collaboration with the Instructional Design team
    • Effectively deliver structured learning solutions such as onboarding and soft skills training
    • Develop training plans while minimizing operational disruptions
    • Promote collaboration between the learning team and stakeholders
    • Analyze metrics to measure training impact and identify areas for enhancement
    • Provide training to the learning team on material/process updates

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficiency in Swedish and English
    • Experience in delivering competency development activities
    • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
    • Minimum of 1 year in training and coaching
    • Proactively seek opportunities for positive impact
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
    • Initiative to understand business needs and drive solutions

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Telecommunications
    • Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts
