Job Description

The successful candidate will lead research activities to support decision-making processes on cryptography and quantum safety. This involves working closely with global and local teams to evolve the Santander Cryptography Standard and associated policies.

• Execute strategic decisions regarding cryptographic operations, architecture, and strategy
• Develop comprehensive understanding of post-quantum cryptography concepts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of public key infrastructure (PKI), cryptographically secure key management processes, including hardware security modules (HSMs) and software key vaults.
