    As a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant in EY GDS, you will lead HR-focused SAP implementations (SuccessFactors and HCM) across Cloud, Hybrid, and on-prem environments.

    You'll drive transformation projects, advise on best-fit SAP solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery in an international setting. You will work on greenfield and brownfield deployments and collaborate across cross-functional teams to shape enterprise management processes. This role offers exposure to global clients and scalable, cutting-edge SAP solutions within a dynamic delivery network.

    • Lead and participate in SAP HR system implementations, with emphasis on SuccessFactors
    • Translate business requirements into SAP configuration and solution designs
    • Coordinate main project tasks and contribute to post-implementation reviews
    • Advise clients on suitable SAP HR solutions and best practices
    • Prepare and execute test plans and scripts; manage quality of deliverables
    • Collaborate in an international, cross-functional environment and support continuous learning
    Responsabilidades


    • 3+ years of experience in SAP HR implementations
    • SAP SF EC plus COMP certificate
    • SAP HCM knowledge (asset)
    • Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management in global contexts
    • Ability to translate requirements into configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management
    • Hands-on experience with data models and XML; document and execute configuration according xugodme to workbook
    • Experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows
    • Strong teamwork and communication; higher education degree
    • Excellent English (verbal and written)
    • Ideally multilingual (Spanish/German/French/Italian)
