Permanent position, full-time -Cologne Your tasks

• As a member of the NC ITS management team, you will beresponsible for the technical and disciplinary management of yourfuture 5-person team
• You will be responsiblefor software distribution on tens of thousands of Windows computerswith over 900 software packages
• You will beresponsible for the operation and control of packaging processesand software deployment for our customers and our internal ITdepartment
• You will optimize our packagingfactory and also ensure quality management
• You support the conversion of the packaging process to PowershellApp Deploy Toolkit
• You lead situationallyadapted to the respective employees and support their development
• You fill vacant positions by continuing therecruiting process together with our HR department
• You act as a coach in your team and support youremployees (m/f/d) in their development
• Youare responsible for building and expanding your team as well asstaff scheduling and utilization

Your profile

• You havesuccessfully completed a technical apprenticeship and have alreadygained professional experience in an IT environment and in amanagement position with personnel responsibility
• Experience with the application of service managementprocesses (ITIL) (perhaps even with certificates) is an advantage
• You have a deep understanding of the Windows10 and Windows 11 operating systems
• Ideally,you already have practical experience with software distributionsystems
• Android, iOS / MacOS are no strangerto you - quite the opposite
• Your actionsare results-oriented, independent and based on entrepreneurialthinking
• Fluent written and spoken German isa prerequisite - other languages are welcome
