- Organize group trips to Madrid for high schools and universities, including classes, activities, accommodations, transportation, and other services.
- Prepare offers and quotes for clients.
- Provide timely, personalized, and professional responses to clients.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and other marketing activities.
- Manage one of the company's Facebook pages.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers to secure competitive pricing and services for clients.
- Develop and maintain databases.
- Perform daily reception tasks.
- Demonstrate a willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while also showing the ability to self-motivate for individual projects.
