It is a fascinating time to join RECORDATI RARE DISEASES as a MSL in our Oncology Franchise

Reporting to the Medical Lead of Oncology for Spain and Portugal, the MSL will have an Iberian role based in Madrid.


The MSL's ROLE PURPOSE IS:


  • To provide customeroriented activities, medical and scientific support for the drugs he/she is responsible for at RRD in assigned territories in accordance with local codes of practice in place.
  • Develop professional relationships with key customers to understand and improve the patient care journey (e.g. diagnosis, accessibility to treatment or diagnosis, disease awareness, understand epidemiology and facilitate the development of scientific programs).
  • Participate in the training of regional and national experts on the scientific data of drugs for which he/she is responsible at RRD.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & experience

  • Medical Doctor or Health Science degree, with high scientific level. PhD and/or Master ́s degree will be considered a plus.
  • Previous experience as MSL (+2 years) in Healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge in Oncology, Rare diseases or in niche market product is a plus.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics, clinical research knowledge, publication critical appraisal.
  • Availability to travel up to 70% of the time

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with others as well as independently
  • Capacity to work effectively on multidisciplinary teams in order to achieve desired outcomes
  • Concise and effective presentation and communication skills
  • Highly articulate and persuasive during formal and informal presentations, able to convey complex, scientific ideas fluently to any audience
  • Knowledge of local pharmaceutical regulations and related ethic behaviors
  • Hands on management
  • Skilled in time management and able to meet deadlines
  • Customer oriented and service oriented personality
