Job Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to optimize the profitability of our assigned dealers across EMEA, establish a seamless business relationship, and foster a professional bond with these dealers, ultimately leading to long-term partnerships.

You will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of dealers, implementing and enhancing the ADVENTURE SPORTS GROUP EUROPE service model.

To achieve this, you will possess the necessary tools, media, support, and direction to meet the dealers' expectations.

You will verify and confirm the order book of your assigned dealers regarding product availability and discounts, ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products, and report on relevant performance indicators.

To excel in this position, it is essential to have a clear customer service orientation, proactivity in addressing dealer-related aspects beyond orders, adaptability in changing work methods, enthusiasm for learning, and empathy in building social relationships.

You will receive support from the company, including training and coaching resources, as well as guidance from managers and the rest of the team through action plans and regular meetings.

This role reports to the Customer Success Manager and offers flexibility to work from your home office or be based out of our Barcelona office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of Direct Countries dealers across EMEA
• Manage the Orderbook for the assigned dealers Portfolio
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
• Manage operational relationships with dealers and Sales Teams
• Data analysis and statistics
• Perform the order entry process into the SAP system (ERP)
• Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse
• Deal with any operational issue (refusals, returns, warranties, etc.)
• Be able to take accurate and concise information
• Prepare and maintain customer order database
• Deal with dealers and sales queries quickly and effectively
• Proformas process management

Requirements:

• Fluent English and German is a must
• Customer Service experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail / Fashion / Sports
• SAP, Salesforce, Excel knowledge
• Digital and data orientation: Data consolidation, analysis and processing
• Sales techniques and logistics management
• Proactivity in suggestions, rigor, and adaptability
• Cross-functional working teams
• Any other European language is a plus
