Your Role

As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering Service Legal Agreements (SLAs), upgrading applications, and providing spare parts packages to ABB customers in the AMR business. Your focus will be on increasing sales volumes and margins by offering value-added solutions and maintaining an updated database.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the database to identify sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Build strong customer relationships and align their needs with our service offerings.
• Communicate contract details and oversee administrative sales processes.
• Create and review sales plans, taking recovery actions as needed.
• Promote ABB's service products in marketing activities and stay informed of market trends.
• Report leads and manage the sales pipeline in CRM.

Requirements

• Pursuing a career in Sales.
• Experience in service sales and automotive market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% for customer interactions.
• Technical background in electrical or electronics field.
• Language proficiency in Spanish and English, French is a plus.
• Valid driving license and Spanish VISA.
