Your role:

As an Account Executive, you are responsible for acquiring new customers.

You are part of our Launch Team for the Spanish market, working with Marketing, Sales Development Representatives, and Customer Success.

The goal is to find ideal customers, engage with these via inbound and outbound tactics and convert qualified leads into enthusiastic customers of Circula.

In this role, you will be instrumental in Circula's growth strategy for the Spanish market. This is your opportunity to join a European FinTech/ SaaS Leader and develop into a Senior Account Executive, Key Account Manager, or Team Lead within a short period You will shape the future of this market and be in the driver's seat for your personal and professional growth

  • You gather customer requirements, complete product presentations, supporting your customers during the pilot phase.
  • Handle qualification, demos & closing from inbound & outbound leads.
  • Be the eyes and ears of Circula on the market being in the frontline, and your inputs are critical to growing to the next level.
  • Comprehensive sales cycle experience from prospecting (coldcalling) to discovery to signon
  • Pursue both individual and team sales goals and hit targets every month
  • You will hit your targets every month while growing the sales team from scratch with the help of the expansion lead.

Your Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fastpaced B2B SaaS company
  • Strong presentation and listening skills: comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (Clevel)
  • You love to work in hybrid work environments
  • You find it exciting to support customers from various companies and industries in using Circula's products optimally.
  • You like to take responsibility, are proactive and solutionorientated
  • You are willing to challenge existing processes, providing new ideas to optimize the account management process
  • Excellent communication skills, full fluent Spanish and English language proficiency, and Catalan is a plus
