    Project Manager, Global Creative

    At Ramboll, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for facilitating day-to-day activities by managing and overseeing relevant projects. The mission of this role is to assist in achieving project goals smoothly, facilitating work across the organizational structure, and serving as a bridge between different people and departments with direct access to top management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to complete projects successfully.
    • Use project management skills to organize, track, communicate, and deliver solutions.
    • Regularly communicate project status and challenges to senior leadership.
    • Quickly adapt to shifting priorities and modify plans as needed.

    Creative Projects:

    • Oversee follow-up on all stakeholders and schedule meetings and catch-ups.
    • Work cross-functionally with various areas of the company involved in projects throughout the year.
    • Organize meetings, councils, and/or summits.

    External Relations and Interactions:

    • Frequent interaction with suppliers, third parties, and awards people.
    • Manage and prepare industry association memberships and other institutions.
    • Maintain a database of internal and external contacts.
    • Establish and schedule internal and external meetings, preparing necessary information and documentation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 in a similar role.
    • Experience in a multinational creative, digital, media agency, or consultancy will be valued.
    • High capacity for planning, task prioritization, synthesis, and analysis, with attention to detail.
    • Teamwork skills.
    • Goal-oriented (quantitative and qualitative).
    • High level of communication skills.
