    PermanentSector:Property and Real EstateOur client, an important company of the commercial real estate sector in Europe, is searching for a Brand Partnership Manager who will actively contribute to business development and revenue generation by creating innovative, productive, and sustainable activation opportunities for advertisers and their media, creative, and event agencies.

    This role primarily emphasizes partnerships with brands, combining online and offline media assets, event spaces, retail services, and sponsorship.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
    Minimum 8 years of experience as a salesperson or in managing marketing sponsorship projects.
    Strong interest in business development (prospecting).Knowledge of advertising campaigns, special operations, media plans, and activation programs.
    Experience in media, events, or digitalagencies.
    Recognized skills for pitching and creating sales materials.
    Comfortable with Excel and other financial reporting tools.
    English proficiency.


    Responsabilities:
    Creating partnerships with brands or agencies: deploying experiences, events, and media content with the shopping centers in Spain.
    Complete sales cycle with a significant focus on prospecting.
    Designing long-term, multi-asset partnerships that maximize revenue and optimize KPIs delivered to the client.
    Creating innovative solutions.
