    En Leica Geosystems, parte de Hexagon, buscamos un/a Trade Marketing Manager que conecte la visión de las marcas del portafolio con la realidad del mercado, asegurando que todo lo que hacemos en trade tenga un impacto real.

    Responsabilidades

    • Crear y implementar estrategias de trade marketing alineadas con las marcas del portafolio, con un enfoque multimarca-multigrupo.
    • Diseñar, manejar y ejecutar brillantemente ferias y eventos, convenciones, acciones con bartenders (advocacy), díaktings, visibilidades multimarca, cartas/menus, promocajas, etc.
    • Analizar datos de mercado y entender a los clientes para tomar mejores decisiones como consultor interno a cara a los diferentes stakeholders.
    • Gestionar presupuestos y asegurar que los recursos se usen de la mejor forma.
    • Coordinar activaciones, promociones y materiales con foco en el canal On Trade y estructura para desarrollar el Off Trade.
    • Manejar herramientas de análisis de datos y CRM como Salesforce, liderando el proceso de asignación de recursos para el trade (cupos).
    • Liderar una persona dentro del equipo de Trade Marketing.
    • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias en trade marketing y consumo para diseñar e implementar planes de trade alineados con cada uno de los segmentos de clientes (con foco en el On Trade).

    Requisitos Necesarios

    • Estudios de grado en ADE, Marketing o similares.
    • Mínimo tres años de experiencia laboral en posiciones tipo On Trade Activations Manager, Trade Marketing, Events Coordinator, Execution Manager, etc.
    • Excelentes habilidades sociales y de comunicación.
    • Excelentes habilidades en ejecución y organización.
    • Conocimiento en el tratamiento de datos.
    • Favorable conocimiento de la industria Premium Wines & Spirits.
    • Disponibilidad para viajar por Iberia.
    • Imprescindible residir en Barcelona.
