Ebury León - 4 days a week office based working
We are looking for a Client Servicing Graduate to join the Servicing Team in our León office. This role will report to our Client Servicing Manager. We are looking for someone who can ideally speak Spanish and English and Czech.
Responsibilities:
- Safeguarding Ebury and our existing Clients from financial crime risk including
tax evasion and reputational risk
- Liaise with most typology of requests involved in the team's workflow
- Manage requests for information relating to the client's account or activity with Ebury
- Efficient management of a personal portfolio of cases and tasks
- Proactive followup with clients and sales representatives to ensure timely completion
- Complete allocated tasks with focus, and in a timely manner
- Communicate the status of tasks to colleagues and Supervisors, escalating problems
- Uphold and reinforce company and departmental values
- Adhere to all internal policies, processes and procedures
Requirements:
- University degree
- Diligent, with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, with the ability to work within strict timeframes and under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly empathetic, with strong active listening skills
- Cooperative, and comfortable working in a team environment
- Curious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of
- Adaptable, with the ability to cope with changing products, processes and procedures
- Aligned with Ebury values
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Czech
