About this role:
The Program Lead will steer NPI planning, transfer, and operational efforts to best support customers. Working closely with R&D, Commercial, Quality, and Supply Chain, you will devise strategies to meet business objectives and provide governance through effective prioritization and resource allocation to achieve strategic goals. Your role will involve leading and coordinating activities across operations functions, including manufacturing.
