Description

We are seeking a Functional Analyst Consultant to work with the Enterprise Business Solutions team. The role involves bridging Business Units and Information Services, focusing on enhancements and process improvements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related web technologies. Responsibilities include developing application roadmaps, supporting strategic initiatives, delivering scalable enterprise solutions, and coordinating with vendors for product and system upgrades. Responsibilities

• Manage and define business requirements and agile stories for AEM projects, including large-scale integrations, migrations, and translations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of Agile stories.
• Lead the constant development and management of company's Digital Asset Management and Content Management System, focusing on robustness, efficiency improvements, and daily operations.
• Provide consulting and sustainment support for enterprise applications, create scope and business requirement documents, and collaborate with Business Systems Analysts/Developers to resolve specification discrepancies.
• Lead test strategy definition and coordinate System/Integration Testing, while ensuring adherence to established architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate with business units to identify improvement opportunities, plan enhancements, and prioritize user needs.
• Support and advance Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, testing, and support.
• Support application changes, coordinate upgrades, maintain the product roadmap, and provide user training and ongoing application support.
• Review customizations by investigating AEM and other Adobe capabilities, while maintaining up-to-date architectural designs, solution workflows, and application inventory.
• Partner with Information Services, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable enterprise solutions and effectively communicate with non-technical audiences.
• Foster a positive learning environment, recommend process improvements, and engage in creative thinking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in FA/BA/BSA roles with Adobe Experience Manager; AEM certification preferred.
• Proficiency in AEM DevOps, troubleshooting, deployment, and wireframing.
• Hands-on development experience with themes development using CSS, XML, and HTML.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Hands-on experience in technical solution design, software specifications, conceptualization and development
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and experience in Agile projects and process improvement.
• University degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
