    In this role you will lead the development of the DIY channel. There is a high growth potential in Spain to meet business objectives in line with local/global Sales strategy.

    Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will create partnerships, review all the different options to grow, coordinate sales activities with the channel and KAM managers, identifying market needs and growth areas to meet business goals and increase market share within the market.

    This position reports toMarketing & Sales Manager

    Your responsibilitiesDevelops, maintains, and shares detailed knowledge of: Market trends, Competitors, Customer's needs, purchasing behavior, Decision-makers, Customer business drivers, Ways of installing/commissioning products/systems.

    Define and implement the local go-to–market solution/product marketing strategy, achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed together with Building Automation Sales team.

    Establishes and develops account relationships, by promoting to target End users, System integrators, and consulting engineering firms.

    Collaboration with Global Product Group on the proposal of new product/system/service development or product/system/service enhancements in order to offer suitable unique solutions to customer needs.

    Delivers product/solution training to internal sales teams and customers, in coordination with global team, delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training.

    Supports customers in adopting the new products and facilitates problem resolution and offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications.

    Your backgroundBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control or Automation Engineering.
    Experience on Product marketing, Product Sales or Technical Sales will be considered. Advanced Spanish and English Level (both verbally and in writing).Willingness to travel often.
    Ownership of your role, proactivity, ability to learn.
    Demonstrated strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
